Customer support - MyScal®

We provide support to myScal® software users through:

  1. E-mail - for each user of our services, free basic email support is available, with a defined response time of a maximum of 7 days. In case of difficulties, questions about the work of the software or the necessary support, contact us at: sartorius@sartorius.hr.
  2. telephone - we connect you directly to the available myScal® engineers at Sartorius Croatia via a phone call. For more information, contact: +385 (0) 1 3340 290.
  3. remote maintenance - the possibility of remote inspection and customer access to myScal® systems for maintenance purposes. Remote maintenance is based on an Internet connection between customers and computers for maintenance at Sartorius Croatia.
